REGISTRATION PAYMENT, WALK-INS & REFUND POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING:
Course registration ends at 5pm on the Friday before the 1st day of a class. If you miss the registration deadline, please do not register online. Walk-ins on the first day of any class will be accepted based on available space in the course and instructor approval (please arrive at least 15 minutes early). Walk-ins must present full payment via check, money order or credit card upon arrival the morning of the first day before class begins - no exceptions. Course cancellations and/or transfer requests by enrolled participants must be received in writing 5 business days BEFORE each scheduled course starting date, and are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to a class will NOT be refunded. There are absolutely no refunds once a course has been attended. Transfer requests must be made 5 business days prior to the start of the course and are subject to a transfer processing fee. All course registrations are non-transferable once a course has been attended. Making Math Real cannot accommodate any requests to split course attendance between 2 course offerings. There are NO MAKE-UPS for missing class under any circumstances for Making Math Real courses.
MAKING MATH REAL INSTITUTE DISCLAIMER:
Whereas the Making Math Real Institute makes all efforts to keep all courses open, the Making Math Real Institute reserves the right to cancel any course at any time based on low enrollment, at which time the school contact person and all participants previously enrolled in said course will be notified via email in advance of the course start date. All scheduled Making Math Real Institute course dates and locations are subject to change.
